Product quality commitment:

1. Ensure that all vehicles leaving the factory have obtained ISO9000 international quality system certification, and strictly adhere to relevant national (industry) standards for quality requirements.

Product price commitment:

1. After the contract takes effect, if the price of raw materials changes by more than 30% of the market price, the contract price needs to be negotiated accordingly. If the change in material prices does not exceed 30% of the market price, our company shall bear the responsibility.

2. Under equal competitive conditions, our company sincerely provides customers with the most favorable price without compromising product technical performance or changing product components.

Delivery commitment:

1. Produce vehicles according to customer order requirements and strictly deliver according to delivery dates, and provide vehicle qualification certificates.

2. Delivery method: self pickup; If the customer entrusts our company for transportation, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

3. When delivering the product, our company provides the following documents to the user:

"Maintenance and Use Manual for Trailers of Jinlv Hotel", "Vehicle Qualification Certificate", "Certificate of Conformity"

Service tenet: Fast, decisive, accurate, thoughtful, and thorough Service objective: Service quality wins customer satisfaction

Service principle: In terms of after-sales service for purchased parts of vehicle products (such as tires, steel rims, etc.) within the warranty period, our company collaborates with external parts suppliers to provide repair services and implements the supplier's "three guarantees" policy for purchased parts. In terms of after-sales service for self-made parts of our vehicle products, our company will provide free repair or replacement. If damage is caused by customer human factors, the parts or repair fees provided by our company will be calculated at cost price.

Service response principle:

If it is necessary to send personnel to the site to handle quality issues, the company will send personnel to the service site within 24 hours for distances within 500 kilometers, 48 hours for distances within 1000 kilometers, and 72 hours for distances beyond 1000 kilometers to handle and resolve product quality issues.

2. Service methods beyond the warranty period: If it is necessary to send personnel to the site to handle quality issues, the company should first notify the user of the after-sales service fee, and send personnel to the customer's location within 24 hours after receiving confirmation from the user.

3. After receiving feedback from users, the after-sales service department should contact them as soon as possible, and the delay time should not exceed 4 hours.

Regulations on the Management of "Three Guarantees" for Product Quality

1. Our company's products and spare parts, within the quality assurance period, belong to the company's product quality responsibility (product quality responsibility refers to the product quality not meeting the quality standards or contract requirements), and can be given "three guarantees", namely repair, replacement, and return. Hereinafter referred to as "Three Guarantees".

2. Our company is only responsible for bearing direct economic losses caused by product quality, and does not bear indirect economic losses caused.

3. Scope of Three Guarantees

3.1 Any spare parts of the company's products that fail to meet the specified quality assurance period due to design, process development, etc

Those who cause performance failure or damage to parts are within the scope of "three guarantees". Various vulnerable parts such as glass, light bulbs, instruments, and sensors are guaranteed for six months, while other parts are guaranteed for one year free of charge. If the warranty exceeds one year, only the accessory fee will be charged.

3.2 After the customer conducts product inventory and acceptance according to the spare parts list, it is found that the variety, model, specification, quantity, etc. of the product do not comply with the contract and technical requirements, which belongs to the scope of "three guarantees".

3.3 Our company guarantees that the product design and production strictly follow the "National Announcement Technical Parameter Table". If the design is carried out according to the customer's requirements, the local vehicle management office will not hang the license plate, and our company will not be responsible for any overloading or exceeding the limit during future use.

3.4 Customers should comply with relevant national laws and regulations, operate within the allowed load specifications and load bearing range of the vehicle in accordance with the law. Otherwise, once the vehicle leaves the factory, our company will not provide any quality commitment or after-sales service.

3.5 Due to errors in our company's design and welding processes, we will bear the maintenance costs.

3.6 The three guarantees for purchased parts (such as tires, steel rims, etc.) shall be implemented in accordance with the three guarantees policy of the manufacturer of the purchased parts, and maintenance services shall be provided in conjunction with the supplier of the purchased parts, and the "three guarantees" policy for the supplier's purchased parts shall be implemented.
